Bulldozer
Over 200 hours in our Bulldozer Operator Training, you’ll step into the cab of a Caterpillar D6 and learn to reshape Uganda’s landscapes with confidence and precision. You begin by mastering safety checks—inspecting undercarriage tension, hydraulic circuits and track rollers before every operation—then move on to smooth straight-line pushes that teach machine balance and steering response.
Under the guidance of instructors who’ve managed site-clearance and road-building projects across Kampala, Mbarara and Soroti, you’ll progress to cutting and filling exercises, pushing soil from high to low points to create proper slopes and drainage channels. As your skill grows, you’ll tackle finish-grading drills that eliminate ridges and smooth surfaces to exact specifications, even on side-hill and obstacle-dense terrain.
Throughout the course, you’ll also learn essential machine upkeep—greasing pins, adjusting track tension and verifying fluid levels—so you leave fully prepared to operate and maintain bulldozers on Uganda’s next infrastructure developments.
